My husband went for the New York Steak and I, the Miso Marinated Chilean Sea Bass and clearly, the goal here was to share both dishes with each other. After devouring all of it leisurely, we then picked our mains. Half dozen of fresh oysters and Sweet Chili Calamari for appetizers were mutually landed on. We kicked off the night with our glasses of wine being served first and a warm basket of bread as they gave us time to study the menu. It somehow made us feel like we had a private party of our own with only three other tables there. When we arrived, we were directed to our wonderful table in a rather small yet elegant dining room. There's street parking if you're lucky as well as valet for $6 at the restaurant. Make that double date night! Our friends picked the place and I instantly made reservations via Open Table. It was time for date night a year later since Covid hit. Your cook, maitre d', and or waitress should never have allowed such a gross miss to reach the table. This was an expensive evening for utter crap food. This is a restaurant that does not care about quality or serving things that should never get out of the kitchen. I should not have been billed for a gross miss like this. This dinner should never have been served. My lady friend did not want to complain but also was unwilling to try to eat anything but some of the one of the end slices. The center of the slices were cold and raw! Yet the cook (a chef would know better) went ahead and sent his mistake, his screw-up out to the table. What was ordered as "Medium" came out as "Rare". The chef cooked our dinner and sliced it in the kitchen before plating it and sending it out. We ordered it to prepared to a "medium" level. What we got was a good evening and poor food! We ordered a Chateaubriand for Two that is 24 ounces of great filet minion. We went to the Bungalow for a nice evening with great food.
